"LOSS" means with regard to hands and feet, actual severance through or above the waist or ankle joint; with reference to the eye, the irrecoverable loss of its entire sight. If more than one loss results from any one accident, only one amount, the largest, will be paid.
NOTE: THE INSURANCE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY ACCIDENT BENEFITS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SCHOOL BOARD POLICY WITHOUT ADDITIONAL NOTIFICATION TO PARENTS. THEREFORE, VERIFICATION OF COVERAGE ON ANY CLAIM REMAINS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

Provides for payment of benefits in accordance with the following table when loss results from a covered accident. Loss must result within 365 days of accident.
